Welcome to BackChannel™, the Bonvalet Advisors Networking Forum (“the Forum”), a private professional community operated by Bonvalet Group, LLC (“Bonvalet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Forum, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Forum.

1. Purpose

The Bonvalet Advisors Forum exists to foster trusted collaboration among verified members of the Bonvalet Advisors network. It is designed to support the ethical exchange of insights, opportunities, and expertise in the fields of foreign affairs, national security, governance, and global strategy.

Members are expected to engage constructively and uphold the discretion, professionalism, and integrity that define the Bonvalet community.

2. Eligibility

Membership is by invitation, nomination, or approval.

• Are a registered Bonvalet Advisor (Strategic, Core, Contributing, or Federal Liaison level).
• Will provide accurate, current information in your profile.
• Are authorized to participate under any applicable employment or nondisclosure agreements.

Bonvalet reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

The Forum is a trusted space for professional collaboration. By participating, you agree that:

• Discussions, opportunities, and shared materials are not public and may not be quoted, copied, or shared externally without the explicit consent of the original author or Bonvalet.
• You will not use the Forum to solicit clients, employees, contracts, or intellectual property outside of Bonvalet-approved engagements.
• All introductions, partnerships, or project discussions that originate within the Forum are considered part of the Bonvalet ecosystem and must respect Bonvalet’s collaborative and ethical framework.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Bonvalet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice for conduct deemed inconsistent with these Terms or the community’s purpose.
